High Protein Sausage Gravy
This is for those who love that southern gravy breakfast every once in a while but don't want to blow their diet to get some. Normally this grazy is high in carbs and in fat, this version is loaded with protein and a perfect match with High Protein Faux Sausage and a biscuit for a good morning kickstart.
Making this sausage gravy is fast, if you make batches of the faux sasuage as I suggest then this an easily be put together and you can be eating in short of 5 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 Dash of Chicken boullian to taste
- 1 tsp onion powder
- A Splash of fat free milk
- 1 Serving - High Protein Faux Sausage
Instructions
- Grab a "bullet blender" or similar small blender
- Add all ingredients excluding sausage
- Blend all together
- Check taste, add more seasonings based on taste buds and blend again
- Add Gravy to bowl
- Add Sausage serving to a bowl
- Microwave 1-2 minutes to desired warmth
- add pepper to the top
